Hi!

I am so jealous of everybody who gets off school earlier than me. I just want to swim, go to camps, see my family, go on vacation! I start my summer on June 21st, meaning that their is nine more days of school. Will I survive?

Shoutout to Lisi Harrison! Click Here to go see her website, and read her blog! She needs her readers back, a lot of them quit reading or moved on from her books. Maybe comment on one of her blog posts and say that I sent you there? Haha, maybe that's too much to ask...

Lots of new summer music on my iPod this week! Here are my favorites!
  1. Payphone; Maroon 5 ft. Wiz Khalifa
  2. Scream; Usher
  3. Something To Dance For; Zendaya
  4. The Best Day Ever; Spongebob Squarepants
  5. Jacuzzi; Radio Radio
  6. What Makes You Beautiful; One Direction
  7. Wide Awake; Katy Perry
  8. Part Of Me; Katy Perry
  9. Boyfriend; Justin Bieber
  10. Papi; Jennifer Lopez
  11. Yellow Submarine; The Beatles
  12. TTYLXOX; Bella Thorne
Next post, I'll tell you all the books that are on my summer reading list, and what I'll be doing this summer.

Stay cool!

Selling Handmade Jewelry!

G'day!

One of my hidden talents is that I make and sell handmade jewelry. I make earrings, bracelets, rings, necklaces, anklets and even belts. Right now, I am focusing on making and selling my handmade rings! I am selling them at 2$ each, shipping and handling included. I make my rings out of clay noodles, I braid them and then I freeze them until it's time to ship. That way, the clay isn't all moldy when you receive it, and it won't change shape when you get it in the mail. All the money that I make selling these will go to the DIFD, (Do It For Daron) supporting mental health. If you are interested in buying some, leave me a comment with your three color choices and your email, and I will contact you!

I'll be selling a different piece of jewelry every week, so stay tuned! And every week, I'll choose a different charity that the money will go to. Making jewelry is just a hobby to me, so I'm not interested in making money from it. My life is pretty boring right now, so I have nothing to blog about besides this. Hope you understand, I've got writers block...

If any of my readers live in Ottawa, they know how hot it is here right now. I just want to pack my bags and move to a much colder country. I don't know what I would pack, though. Let me know what you guys would bring in the comments! If I could only bring two items it would probably be a snowsuit and some tea leaves. Which brings me to the next topic I wanted to discuss here on my blog. Here it is: I adore herbal tea! I was browsing the internet just a few days ago, and I came across a really cool way to make your own tea bags. They are great for gifts, and they are easy to customize. Even if you aren't into tea, I reccommend you go to this link and take a look. If you're interested, click here. I am planning on making these for my family members for Christmas. I admit, I love planning ahead of time. And I don't think tea goes bad very quickly, so I could even make them right now if I wanted to! But I won't, haha.

Some shoutouts for this week would be to Arianna, from 'The Texas Trekkie' blog, whom I mentioned last week, to thank her for also mentioning me in her blog! That means a lot, since this is a pretty new blog. Another shoutout would be to all the staff at Kobo ereaders. I recently won a contest through the Kobo facebook page, for a Kobo ereader touch with wi-fi! I already have one, so I'll be selling it. The last shoutout will be for Lady Gaga, I love how she stands up for what she believes in.

I'm hungry, so you'll have to excuse me while I go eat my dinner. Until next Tuesday, I hope you all have a great week and don't ever forget that you are all beautiful no matter what anybody else says. Also, don't lie because it will bite you in the back in the future. I learned that the hard way.

I am home sick today, so I got some stuff done and here I am writing a blog post that I hope you will enjoy! I have lots to talk about, so if you aren't ready to read a novel (Exaggeration? Indeed.) then I suggest you bookmark this page and come back later when you've drank your coffee and had a shower. I usually blog on Tuesdays, but I'm home today so I figured I'd give it to you a day early as a Mother's Day treat. Let me know in the comments what you did for your Mom on Mother's Day!

I painted my Mom a mug with her name on it, made her a really creative card, and served her breakfast in bed. I even let her sleep in a little while longer, instead of crawling into her bed looking for warmth. (It's really cold in my room...) I'd like to give a couple shoutouts to all the Mom's out there in the world! You ladies rock! Another shoutout to the kids out there who don't have a Mom. You're not alone, just hang in there! Shoutout to my classmate, Sandrine who celebrated her 13th birthday today! Shoutout to Arianna, from http://www.thetexastrekkie2.blogspot.ca. You should really go visit her blog, it's amazing.

I have some suggestions of cool stuff for this week! So yesterday, for Mother's day, my Dad drove my whole family out of the country for a sightseeing day trip. Me and my little sister aren't that into sightseeing, so we rented a really funny movie called 'Mr. Popper's Penguins'. It's hilarious, I really recommend you check it out! And, just if you're wondering, we have DVD players in our car, so that's how we watched the movie. If ever you go on a road trip with kids, pop a DVD player and a movie in the backseat and you're set for hours of silence, haha. A music recommendation for this week would be 'Another Day In Paradise' by Phil Collins. He's one of my all-time favourites. That song should really be on your summer vacation playlist right now! For a reading suggestion, I strongly suggest subscribing to 'OWL Magazine'. It's fun, and educational. They hold contests for every issue and you can win some totally awesome prizes. Go check it out!

My Dad ordered an ice cream maker off the shopping channel a few weeks ago. And it recently came in the mail. I am so excited to use it! Maybe I can post a few ice cream recipes when I figure them out. While we're talking ice cream, could you guys let me know in the comments what your favourite ice cream flavor is? I'm trying to figure out what flavor to make. I really like Cookies 'n' Cream.

I would really appreciate some help on getting some new readers. I'll hold a little contest for it. If you can get me three (3) new readers, let me know what their names and email addresses are. I'll post a shoutout to you with a detailed message on my blog. It can even be for promoting your own blog, also.

TTYL,

Caroline

A truckload of stuff to talk about this week...

First and foremost, let me say a quick 'hello' to my readers. I've been looking at my audience from my blog posts, and it looks like I've been getting a lot of page views from Russia! Hello my Russian friends! Also, quite a few from Canada, (Hello my dear hometown!) and the United States of America.

I'd like to give a shoutout to everyone at the dudley® company! Last week, I applied to become a dudley® Brand Ambassador. The results will be in sometime this spring, so I'll keep you all posted about who was chosen! And, a shoutout to my aunt, who recently passed away. Rest in peace, and watch over us all. I love you, and you will be very, very missed. Shoutout to my uncle, who recently had a stroke, but is doing great. Get well soon!

Guys, get reading and writing! Last week, I posted a Prologue of a novel I am working on, and nobody commented yet with a title suggestion. Put on your thinking cap and get creative! You have ten days, but I might have to extend the deadline so that you guys have more time.

Here are this weeks' suggestions! A song suggestion for this week is: Both Of Us by B.o.B ft. Taylor Swift. A book suggestion for this week is: The Never Ending Story by Michael Ende. A movie suggestion for this week is: Chimpanzee! Go see it in theatres right now!
